Just wanna say that what happens in your fic, always happen in DxD fics, because the conversation always, ALWAYS, devolve to the Peerage System as soon as Devils and the offer to join is mentioned in a chapter.

Don't be discouraged, and please continue your story. It's just unfortunate that your fic, somehow, attracted people with very strong opinions about it.

Ay gang. Just wanna say, despite the disagreements we have on what X did wrong or didn't do wrong or whatever else, I mean nothing personal and still like the story (regardless of things that I disagreed with, which is fine anyways no story is perfect in any fiction). Low-key did not expect things to get that heated in the thread though, like it should have just been a civil discussion but oh well.

It must be strange that a story written as a joke about a guy in a hentai and showing boobs world ended up with the thread closed for staff because, for some reason, people decided it was a good place to go and talk about anything, starting with complaints and ending with stolen meme images... somehow.

I hope this doesn't discourage you; I was really enjoying the story.

It's a mix of issues. Readers disliked a potential "love interest" sleeping around—though Kyouka wasn't meant to be one; they assumed it after her PoV, which was just practical since she's in key scenes. Sexual morality debates faded by Chapter 4. Then came theories on Arima's reaction to Mary Naamah—some extreme. This spiralled into claims he's inconsistent, leading to ad hominem attacks and a locked thread.
