You isekai as an Earth, and you can isekai to other universes and fuck merge with other Earths to grow, but if you fuck merge with the wrong Earth, you might catch a planetary transmitted disease, such as eldritch deep ones or cosmic zombies or whatever, but once you fuck merge enough Earths, you can eventually fornicate universes

I saw a "simultaneous isekai" with the twist "every MC clone starts with nightmare difficulty", but I don't really like it. Partly because the MC/author-insert is a gnat and an annoying asshole, but mainly because it's just taking the long route to "unlimited power".

Maybe should try a twist like "simultaneous isekai" but "every MC clone already became the strongest in their own world"? But then where's the story?

Ok, so I've spend more time realizing I can't count to 5 than copying and checking if this works but Scrolls and Holocron are done, they work for me (please check if it's the same for you). As long as 'Roller' tab stays as it is (5th tab) and you will add new category tabs only to the right of the 'Roller' it should work as it is with new categories.
