I read your fic Big Iron on His Hip (DC SI) and thought the skill‑point system was the best I've seen.
Systems often overpower a story, but here it supported the story instead of becoming the focus. Karma points were interesting, though I feel they'd work better as rarer, high‑impact resources.

A lot of the "同时穿越" stories of the last year have been the type of "nerf the MC, don't share power, etc." type, but this year, a lot of them have become "not only share power, but also jump through hoops of logic, etc." like this one where the MC gains 北冥神功, which can absorb people's internal energy, but uses it to "absorb the power of heaven and earth", and then absorb zombies in RE1

there's a female genre version of the apocalypse story, there's always revenge involved, the MC always moves out and leaves remote control controlled cameras behind, gets bank grade doors, stores supplies, etc.

That's all expected, but for some reason the MC also buys cat litter box sand almost all the time, "in case of water stops pumping" as if that's enough to make human feces is not smell

Do you ever have a plan to continue Laika? Or at least tell us what happened to String Theory's gun? Also you said there you wanted to start a new story and path to containment was one of them. Any news on that front?

To summarize String Theory's gun: It kept locking on to "something else" and ST had to manually aim it towards the moon, the "something else" noticed the bigass gun being pointed at it and swirved out of the way, but got pulled into Jupiter's orbit and crashed. It lashed out in an attempt to protect itself but it hit the moon instead of Earth, shattering it. String Theory never fired the gun.
