Well, here's my vote. Let's see how it all unfolds, looks a bit complicated now.
I think you have a copypaste error somewhere, your vote is showing up seperate from the others in the tally.

and then the ritual points at ourselvesI broadly agree with you, though I would want to specify it more to be "the worst Pony within at most a 1-2 day train ride from Ponyville", lest we get stuck with some Hippogriff slasher or someone else that's too comically far from us to do anything to.
it near certainly does.Kidnapping them doesn't necessarily mean that we will eat them.
How is getting a prisoner we don't like any less of a risk than the assault on Velvet Hill just plain failing?[X] Plan: Devouring the Sky
[X] Plan: Graven Commissioner and Commander
Changing my vote to drop prisoner chomping. We can't afford to run into problems with whatever prisoner we get when we have, in the worst-case scenario, 3 turns to be ready and 3 Names to befriend. If we fail to make progress on one and potentially insult Mareinette in the process, we're going to have to make BIG concessions, and I don't want to take that risk.
...
Personally I just prefer expanding on Bureau over gambling on there being hidden stash of bits we can loot in the hiveI do find it interesting that some people are willing to take the risk with Hill, but aren't willing to let Velvet get her hooves dirty under two influences that would be ideal. Obviously a chunk of this is just vote consolidation, but devouring the sky has mostly been the leading Hill plan.
There is going to be something in the hive, we know because we could have sent an expedition to front-run the Bureau…Personally I just prefer expanding on Bureau over gambling on there being hidden stash of bits we can loot in the hive

That doesn't actually mean there's anything interesting in there. There is going to be something in the hive, we know because we could have sent an expedition to front-run the Bureau…
…Really? That doesn't actually mean there's anything interesting in there.
And I guess with that it's over for Let's Not? It would need four more votes now that Shaper voted for Devour, if I'm counting correctly.
Now surely Velvet voting will be more straightforward….. right…..
