Review: Epic. I tend to not use that word often to preserve as much of it's impact as possible. This story is just Epic, like the myths of old. There's great world building, making the land this story takes place in just pop right out and seem huge. The characters are all well written and the plot is just great. You can really tell alot of time, thought, an love went into this story. Don't be alarmed to much by the dark tag, while it does get quite gruesome or filled with adult horror it's never really gory or graphic, it's just to sell the realism of a medieval world filled with monsters and up the tension. It's filled with equal amounts of epic badassery, both in combat and in social settings, and hilarity. And don't worry if you don't know too much about Sailor Moon or Dungeon Keeper, you don't need any familiarity with either to enjoy this fic. If you like Worm than you are just going to love this.

Summery: Rather than the epic douche-waffle that is the King of Heroes Tokiomi ends up summoning the personification of hope itself, Kaname Madoka. It's actually pretty good, and I had not expected it to really be more than Madokami Arrown'd every other servant. It's handles it pretty well, Madoka's physical stats are on the low side but she has a ridiculously powerful NP that should be obvious. There's decent character building and the action scenes are well done. It far above the average and most definitely in the 10% worth reading.

The Best Night Ever
Summary: Prince Blueblood thought the Grand Galloping Gala was over. He thought he could just go to sleep and put it behind him. He never expected to be reliving the same disaster of a day, over and over... and over.

Excellently written, tightly contained story that gets the Groundhog Day story right. The slow transformation from fool to sympathetic protagonist (with a break in the middle for shenanigans; the break, specifically, is 'mental'), a very good fakeout based on what Blueblood thought he wanted not being exactly what he needed, and a song and dance number ending. As it should be.

Well, they were military police, and he had just lost two people that he cared about, before killing two police officers. Plus, he was 7, at the time. Safe to say that his reasoning wasn't very rational at the time.

Despite the usual calibre of TIM's writing, this fic is actually pretty decent as far as the Lupin side of things goes. Then again, there's a shortage of any Lupin fanfic, so my standards for it are lower than my standards for a fandom like Harry Potter where there's more selection.

I'm a sucker for fish out of water fanfiction, so I'm biased, but I found these interesting. I'll have to see where they go but for now I can tentavitively second this recommendation.

I can only say that I'm impressed that he persevered despite such a negative response to the later chapters and finished the damn thing. That's more than most writers can say.
