Good news: I am feeling way better now. Not completely but acceptable. I will post today, and then I will spend some time looking at past story posts to correct grammatical errors.
 
Looking at the troupes page what would happen if issei got exalted with an abyssal exalt like normally happens when someone is close to death?
 
Alexander have you begone working on the update yet? If so ignore this. I'd rather the plot move on & it's a minor matter.

I realized that we're down some willpower & this is a chance to stunt.

Is there any narrative or plot reason we can't stunt at this time to recover willpower?

As Kurumu finally calms down you turn to the two of them with a thoughtful look on your face. You explain that you just got approval from the Student President for a floral display & ask if they might be interested in working on that project for their flower project. As you listen to their response attentively, you then arrangement to meet with them after you speak with the Garden Club. You nod satisfied & enter the garden club room. After introducing yourself politely you explain the proposal that Sona approved & ask if the club is interested in the assignment. Subtly you steer the conversation to find out if the two outside might be able to help on the project, perhaps as a test of their ability.

You remember Kurumu's comment that she suspected the special project was something only the two had to do & that certain members of the gardening club might still be spiteful or in a bad mood after meeting with those two. If they seem ready to reject your proposal you knew to fall back on your charm & devilish good looks to try & convince them to assist you at least to some degree, like providing tools & information you would to plant the flowers yourself.

With the stunt I don't specify if we manage to convince them to help us with a floral display, but that regardless of their answer we'll meet after we speak with the garden club. We'll try to convince the garden club to help us with the proposal & perhaps allow Kurumi & Hansaki to treat their own work on the project their special project. If we fail to even convince them to help us with the floral arrangement we'll try to limit the damage by offering to find the labor to do it ourselves, just asking for the seeds, tools, & a list of instructions.

just had an amusing thought for the future, after we have managed to get our own Evil Piece equivalents up and running, I had this amusing image of Issei basicly saying to Rias "I'll make you a deal Buchou, I'll join your peerage, if you'll join mine, what do you say? sounds fair right?"

I for one think that would be an amusing outcome, and a fair one, after all, that way we are both in command of the other, and under the others command, right /laugh. Sorry just felt like sharing that. also as a side note, I've been reading through some of the rpg books, and it strikes me that the enhancements from the Evil Pieces seem rather similar to dots in Epic Attributes from Scion with some knacks thrown in. might be amusing if our had less enhancement, but allowed our pieces to buy up stats with xp. but that's for later when it is relevant neh?

first, Craft Genesis would probably fix that with ease when added to Craft Excellences.

As for the stunt, it looks good, might help to add some actual dialogue with our two Cures, *and for the record if we stumble across those two in the middle of a battle, I'm expecting Issei to lament about his inability to meat anyone not connected to the supernatural world /laugh* but other then that I don't see any problems with it. It's not as if we even know who we will be talking to inside the club after all.

I didn't want to write the scene too much, but I don't have a full grasp on stunts. I can rewrite to add more dialogue if you guys want although I'll be heading to sleep in about an hour.

I'll insert a bit more colorful language next time I attempt a stunt. I don't think I'm make the scene more stylish & awesome enough like stunts seem they should do.
 
As I write the next post, and boys I think this is gonna be long, here's some food for thought:

-At the beginning of the quest we decided that Boosted Gear would multiply motes of Essence. This is good because motes are needed for Charms, and Charms are the lifeblood of Exalts (casual reality-warping, not power-levels). With future Expansion Charms, this will get better and better. However, the name "Welsh Boost Overdrive"...I don't know, maybe there us something better? Just as a curiosity.
-As the Transfer ability for people allow others to partake in the same Excellency as a Solar Exalted, maybe the Transfer ability for objects can do the same? Transforming normal weapons and objects into Artifacts for a limited time, and increasing the rating of Artifacts?
-I read about "Devil Tiger" for Infernals. Wouldn't Issei, having Ddraig in him, be theoretically capable of obtaining a similar status?
 
As for expansions on the Boost Overdrive, I'm hoping we will get the ability to use it for Defensive charms soon, with us getting a second gauntlet it would fit thematicly I would think. as for names, hmmm the name fits what we currently have, later on it may need a name change, probably something donating our Solarness /laugh

For Transfer that does sound likely, it might end up costing something like 20 motes a shot, but I imagine it would be a rather impressive effect all told.

And as for the Devil Tiger thing, I have no trouble seeing Issei going down a path like that, he's got just as much Dragon Magic flowing through him as he does Solar Essence after all, and I would be amazed if someone as scary good at breaking the Universe as Bright didn't work out a way to make the most of that fact. on that note I imagine that our Pieces/Cards/Whatever are probably going to be made from a combination of Solar Essence, Dragon Magic and Nature Energy from whatever manse we use as a workshop, all in all I have no problems with any of this, its not like we are going to have trouble finding things on a par with us hell most of the big guns are going to out do us unless we include something in our controller piece that lets us break the Essence Barrier early

Golden Dragon-King Boost Overdrive?

No. Primordials are conceptually, metaphysically, and physically bigger than anyone in DxD, and have multiple souls, which themselves have multiple souls. Devil-Tigers become Devil-Tigers by emulating the Yozis, carving their Mythos into the Shinma, become a self-perpetuating story in the Chaos of Reality. Ddraig is just a giant-ass super-dragon, he can't provide the necessary template or metaphysical weight for Issei to go Devil-Tiger.

This isn't to say Issei can't go Devil-Tiger mind, he's still a Solar and and subject to all the same lack-of-limitations they have, but he has no one to emulate to become a Devil-Tiger. The idea wouldn't even cross his mind, because DxD doesn't work on story logic.
 
He said similar, not the same, if we were talking Great Red or Orphis you could probably swing it for the same as going Devil-Tiger however
