The Skittering Chaos (Worm/Hazbin Hotel)

"Hmm, should I try to be a good citizen and work my way up, or should I take over some shitty neighborhood and offer protection, and it just so happens that they are whores?"
"Whores it is."

What are you talking about?

Running a protection racket is being a good citizen in hell!

The vigilante's would disagree with you but I don't think they got the lesson of, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
Well of course they disagree, they're the ones everyone needs to be protected against. Those criminal 'heroes' are the worst threat to Hell since the Angels!

The Merchants could start producing and selling other kind of products like booze while setting gambling activities of small scale for now, protection racket needs manpower and some reputation to being take serious. Alternately the Merchants could grab territory but this need manpower to take and defend said territory while risking in drawing the wrath from gangs.

Either way the best option would start to small scale stuff to spread the name of the Merchants before doing something big.

I honestly think Taylor's best bet would be to get in the good Grace's of one of Hell's big bads for protection and seeing as the PRT in Hell is after her hide, that Big Bad might just be Alastor himself. I'm sure Niffty and Husk would mind having someone new join their entourage with the promise of more joining in later, also because I really want to see the PRT run headlong into Alastor while chasing Taylor.

That is quite the amusing image. The coalition isn't exactly the PRT, though many of the more heroic minded raiders and vigilante unpowered/non-magic using forces are or were a part of the PRT. However there are also villainous raider groups as well that are filled with opportunists and skallywags. The PRT has also lost a member of leadership in Hell with the destruction of the previous coalition of vigilante's and raiders. After all, you can't take a person who is nailed to a cross along the road off that cross without the say so of Lucifer, otherwise you risk his wrath, and he will know if you have taken someone off those crosses.

Another thing is that Taylor never had a civilian life after joining the wards. She's only been Weaver since then. As such, how many people actually paid attention to her face beyond those in the Brockton Bay area? That and her face has changed a little bit, so it could possibly throw off suspicion.

Unlike when the heroes had all this infrastructure to help them fight the "good" fight, they don't have that here and it is likely that Taylor could conceivably hide here without much of a problem.

She could do that if she wanted to stay in dept with one Overlord in a deal she would never be able to pay up, forcing to do things she doesn't want to do. So it's not a option.

That's a stupid plan.

Her best bet is to become one the big bad's.

Alastor is not someone you want to get involved with.

Taylor was a big reader, she should know that you don't make deals with demons under any circumstances, especially when it's a last resort.

Because that just gives them the ability to sucker you out of even more.
Thing is sometimes there isn't really a choice and not taking the deal could result in a fate worse than death, and then death.

But the alternative is also a fate worse than death then death.

Don't be indebted to anybody.

Make everybody indebted to you.
But at least you can spite the other guy while you're dying. Granted, being contracted to Alastor is most definitely not a good thing, granted I could be reading too far into this but there is a possibility that Alastor could at any point absorb someone after they make a deal with him and add their power to his own, until he needs to call upon them again. Granted this may just be me, but it seems that Niffty didn't really exist in hell until Alastor brought her back to be the cleaning maid.

true, husk however seems to be able to back talk Alastor and even get away with it.

So's he's probably a free agent or at least was smart enough to not offer up his soul in whatever deal was made.

Thread Necromancer

Been lurking the SB thread again.

Just want to point out that GM ends in 2013.

Vaggie, Charlie's Girlfriend, Dies and Goes to hell in 2014

I assume she didn't literally meet Charlie first thing out of the gate.

So Basically theres probably a good bit of time before the hotel project starts up in earnest.

I realise but the timeline is fucky since the earth in Hazbin Hotel is not Earth Bet. Sir Pentious is a super villain from the 1800s and as such I have to contend with the time fuckery that is going on. I don't have a specific time when I am planning on introducing the happy hotel but I do plan on it being after Taylor has amassed more power than she has here. Likely at the very least being at gang leader level of power if not more.

"Hey Boss?"
"Yes Angeldust?"
"I, maybe, kinda, got involved in something?"
"Do you require an extraction?"
"No, no, I'm not being held hostage or anything. I just sorta got roped into trying out this 'Redeption Hotel' thing that the Morning Star's kid is doing."
"... What."

So just saw this quote on the SB thread.

SB said:
Can we add this to her feats?
She escalated so much even her creator couldn't kill her.

She kept rolling Natural twenties on god till god didn't gave her a chance anymore.

Would be an interesting bit if true in fic.

That Taylor was actually preordained by god to die at leviathan and a bunch of other times after, but she just said no to that shit and kept living anyway.

literally only died when she wanted too.

(From here on out this post is now entering into crack territory)

Unfortunately god forgot that just because you die doesn't mean you cease to exist.

Soon Taylor will enter into partnership with Sir Pentious to create a weapon to slay even God...

The Gun That Shoot's Skitters!

Very nice. I am planning on bringing Sir Pentious in, though possibly more as an antagonist that's easy to steal stuff from.

Taylor isn't a fan of snakes, after Coil, and Sir Pentious just has the misfortune of being a snake and a vulnerable target

Just because he is trying to become Overlord it don't automatic make him a supervillain in life juts that he lead a sinful life at the time and go to hell.
