Every so often the bank pulls some nonsense with a 'wait just a moment' thing before I can get into my account and put an exact number to what's there. Sometimes it's simple 'Are you still using the same phone?' shit. Sometimes it's 'Hey, we no longer let you look at everything through this URL, we made an app, aren't we cool? Do it that way like the cool kids. .... Or take this other link in small fine print.'

Today was 'What is your job? We promise this is important.'

I usually just slap 'Unemployed' because I don't have a real job so that's basically accurate, but they now have subdivisions of unemployment. 'You on disability? You did good in a divorce? Swear to god this is really important, tell us or you see nothing'. Anyway none of them fit so I had to keep looking.

I found something broadly accurate in 'Self Employed' subcategory 'Arts and Recreation' which would apply to a lot of my family historically why did I even go to college.

The 'And Recreation' just makes me feel like I may have accidentally low key told my bank 'Hey, uh, don't spread it around but I have an OnlyFans and I don't want to admit it', though.

In media there are monsters and magic that are created such as in DnD, TTrpgs, MMOs, Comics, visual novels, fan works, and other video games (say Monster hunter). I wonder how the ever changing and growing entertainment media of humanity affect the world/human unconsciousness will be when events like E3 come around each year and memorable moments in said media. It is exciting just thinking about it.
