If the waters of Night City are filled with self-replicating, rogue AI-controlled mines, where do they get the resources to keep replicating? Fair enough, the character is an added one, I try to avoid blatant self-inserts but have written a lot of OCs for stories, so putting in the SI-OC tag now seemed fair option as such. I mostly focused on the setting itself and the presence of the Chaos Gacha, and both being somewhat different from the pure canon options.
