I have to agree there, there is so many things all over the place and it seems that he is incapable of focusing on what he really wants to tell.

Honestly, I think he started with strong ideas but burned out midway round the time the art quality dropped, and the weekly/biweekly requirement for him to pump out new chapters likely didn't help. There's nothing worse for creative endeavors when it feels like a chore instead of something you're passionate about.

Post somewhere first, (I suggest Introduction thread) so your account is validated. Then you should be able to do so in Account Details. Just be aware it may take some time for systems to see your account as valid after posting.
