Urrrggghhh... I just realized I didn't have a red color named Arc sister for the rainbow theme. And I have two orange themed ones. So from now on, I'm gonna retcon Coral as Carmine. That means red. Lilac and Orchid represent purple and indigo. Verdy is green. Saphron is yellowish. Aqua is blue, Tangy is orange. Jaune is the odd one out with a yellow theme.

And we have the half-sister Burnice as White!

Yes she is canon to me and I love the idea of Jaune having a half-sister pyromaniac bartender that when she shows up to Beacon can literally out drink Qrow and make him pay for the entire bar while he is passed out. Especially if it can lead to Weiss having a bit of a mental breakdown at seeing what life with a good, happy and supporting family could have been like.

All before getting the clue that Jaune would provide that same thing and decides to throw her hat in much to Pyrrha's, Yang's, and Ruby's annoyance. But not Burnice who would love the idea of Weiss and Jaune marrying just to spite Jacques. Especially after a incident involving him doing something stupid while she had her flamethrower on hand.

Mainly that he opened his mouth.

This is giving me a idea for a new prompt. I am totally blaming the spider wearing a sombrero for it as well.

Each of the girls pretty much develop a crush/fall in love/whatever with Jaune. And since none of them have any decent skills at getting a guy's attention, including Blake who got a psychopath obsessed with her, they all secretly try to get something to help them. Books, videos on their scrolls, web forums, and so on. With all of them being more like jokes, badly written attempts at porn that was considered to be a guide to getting a guy, or actual porn.

Except for Yang who accidently ends up getting self help books to help her deal with her issues in a much more better fashion.

This leads to Jaune having to deal with the other girls who are trying way to hard and in ways that are freaking him the fuck out. While Yang is getting better personally and is more naturally getting with Jaune. From just having moments where they are talking with each other, agreeing that the rest of Team RWBY and Pyrrha might need help to more naturally falling in love with each other.

Yang finds herself becoming more relaxed, a better tempered fighter, and honestly looking forward to more time with Jaune. And as time passes, its getting more and more obvious that Jaune and Yang are honestly becoming a couple. With even Taiyang, who has met Jaune after a while, fully admits that Jaune is good for his daughter and takes up the same books as Yang.

It somehow ends up with him seducing both Glynda Goodwitch and Winter Schnee.

So I just had a fucked up idea.

Tai comes to beacon, mostly to visit his daughters partially to side eye all their male classmates.

And him meeting Jaune has a unintended effect.

Honestly I think the story works just fine with just Yang. Doesn't always have to become a harem.

But honestly, Yang getting better and getting closer to Jaune might lead to the other girls trying to get better in the same way... And thus a RWBYP harem. Which might also be fun.

That could work to. Although I think it would be best done in a certain order. Like Weiss or Party's first going to Yang for help for example. Followed by Ruby herself and then down the line ending with Blake.

And by ending with Blake I mean by force.

Some ideas.

- Always the quiet ones.

May is being picked on by team NDGO until Jaune comes in and stands up for her followed by inviting he to join him and his team for lunch. Cue May constantly hanging out with them.

Flash forward a couple of weeks and May approaches Jaune asking for help. Turns out Nolan suffered an injury and is unable to join them on their mission, leaving them a team member short. Jaune offers to join them.

The rest of team JNPR is eating lunch with RWBY and SSSN.

Ruby: "Hey where's Jaune?"

Nora: "oh he's on a mission with May's team"

Sun: spitting out his drink "wait May as in May Zedong?"

Pyrrha: "yeah why?"

Sun: "You let Jaune go on a mission with the Vacuoan Viper?"

Sun proceeds to tell them how the shy wallflower routine is all a lie and everyone at Shade fears May. This is backed up when they see Nolan uninjured and discover NDGO was blackmailed by May to bully her.

Yang: "Sun how do you know all of this?"

Sun: "Why do you think i transfered to Haven? I've seen her get mad and rip a grimms skull out and beat it to death with it."



- Jaune participates in a bachelor auction for charity. Initially he's convinced no one with bet on him something Pyrrha is secretly betting on so she can win. However when it gets revealed during the auction that he's a Swiss army knife out house husband skills. The competition gets heated as Velvet, Coco, winter, Glynda and others join in.


- (Non Salem AU) Winter and Harriet are sent months prior to the festival to go over things with Oz and Glynda. Unable to see Weiss before she leaves due to team RWBY being on an extra credit assignment with professor Peach, Harriet convinces Winter to go out drinking with her.

Meanwhile Jaune is convinced to go out with his team for a night out on the town. Cue both Jaune and Winter getting drunk and hooking up not know who each other are.

Winter wakes up the next morning before Jaune and leaves in order to make her flight. She decides to write this off as lapse of judgment and focus on her career.

Jaune meanwhile is bummed his first time was a drunken hookup and focus on studying and training something that surprises everyone including Weiss as he's no longer flirting with her.

Fast forward and Winter goes to the doctor after constantly feeling sick in the morning and discovers she's pregnant. Freaking out she ends up going to her mother for advice. This ends up being the wake up call Willow needed to stop drinking and the two begin the process of patching their relationship up.

Winter decides that she wants to keep the child and track down the father. However she only remembers he's blonde and lives in Vale. There's also the matter of not being deployed to vale for awhile and not wanting to inform Ironwood of the pregnancy yet. Willow gets the idea of attending the Vytal festival and requests Ironwood to assign her Harriet and Winter as guards.

Cue them arriving at beacon to inform Weiss and to seek her team's help in locating the father. This is easier than expected when winter gets introduced to team JNPR.

Potential plot points.
- Willow stepping up and potentially taking back control of the SDC.

- Ironwood being informed.

- Jaques finding out.

- white fang not passing up on the opportunity of 3 Schnees being in one city.

- Whitley and Winter patching things up

- Whitley tagging along to Vale and hanging out with Ruby.

- Jaune wanting to be in the child's life but that might mean moving to Atlas and leaving Beacon.

- Pyrrha drama

- Harriet and Oobleck side plot

- Jaune and Winter starting a relationship.


Lastly Qrow would try to start shit with Winter like in cannon only for Jaune to step in. Something that earns him brownie points.



- During a mission for Oz. Qrow somehow ends up getting arrested for being naked and drunk in a pigeon coop. This leads to a rumor spreading that he fucks birds. Cue a variety of people bringing it up. Ends with yang and Ruby pranking him by paying a bird faunus student to approach him calling him dad.

Jaune and Ren were out meditating. Well, Ren was meditating. Jaune was standing on his head at Ren's direction.

Jaune: "Gah... Uh... You sure you trained like this, Ren?"

Ren: "Very sure."

Ren: "Practice."

Jaune: scowls "Like not getting upset over your teacher making you do ridiculous things?"

Ren's eyes widen in shock. He immediately rises and turns to the source of the voice. Jaune looks as best he can while still standing on his head: It is a muscular but portly Panda Faunus, dressed in elegant green robes with a conical hat and a wooden staff.

Ren immediately puts his fist in his other hand in front of his chest and bows.

Ren: "Master Po! I-I did not know you were coming!"

Po: "Well I was in the area. Tigress is getting checked out at the hospital, and I wanted to see how you were doing." He smiled gregariously "Your student?"

Ren: "He is my team leader... And friend."

Po: smiles wider

Jaune gets off his head and rises with a smile.

Jaune: "I'm Jaune Arc!"

Po: bows "I'm Po! Ren was my student!"

Jaune: "So, wait, you're... A kung fu master?"

They get to the cafeteria. Nora, Pyrrha, and RWBY all arrive in interest. Nora in particular makes her appearance properly.

Nora: "PO!" She tackle hugs him, sending him to his back

Po: "He's doing well! Still blowing things up but he's happy in retirement."

Ren quickly introduces Po to the others. Yang in particular is skeptical.

Po: happily eating some meat buns "Mmhm! Hnnn... They're way too salty."

Ren: "I agree, Master."

Nora: "Yeah! Ren's pork buns are way better!"

Po: "He was very good at those. I also taught him cooking!"

Ren scowls, but slowly becomes calm again. Everyone is surprised at his outburst.

Po: "Heh. Nobody thought I was cut out to be a Kung Fu master when I started, either. Me least of all. But! It turns out that appearances can be deceiving. Not that it was easy. I sucked. I sucked hard, at the start. But eventually... With enough hard work... You realize that appearances can be deceiving... And you can stop sucking..."

Po held out his hand. The pork buns in the bowl lit up with his Aura, and fly up into the air. Everyone stares in astonishment at this show of Aura control and technique. Po makes them fly around over his head, and then behind him. He smiles.

Po: "But only if you believe you can be more than what you appear to be."

He waved his hand and the buns float down back into the bowl. Yang stares... Then grins.

Yang: "Can you teach me that?"

Po: "Maybe! Right now I gotta make some real food. Come on Ren! We're commandeering the kitchen! Let's make you and your friends a real meal! We'll be right back!"

Ren: "Yes Master."

Ren and Po go into the kitchen. Most of the staff is gone, and they don't mind the intrusion. Po begins to cook, as Ren watches dilligently. The young man sighs.

Ren: "I'm sorry, Master. I shouldn't... I shouldn't have lost my temper. I don't have any right to-to defend you or... Or anything. Not after what I did."

Po: "Hm? And what did you do?" He begins to make noodles, handmade

Ren: "I..." he bowed his head, as he began to make the buns on the preparation table "I left. With Nora."

Po: "Yeah. And why?"

Ren: "I wanted to be a Hunter... And..."

Po: "And?"

Ren: "... Avenge my family."

Po: begins frying up the noodles while cooking the soup, and cooking up pork "Wanting justice isn't a bad thing, Ren. I wanted justice for my family, too. And being a Hunter is a great thing! Protecting and saving people, pow pow pow! That's great!"

Ren smiles slightly. Po then looks sad.

Po: "But vengeance... Vengeance is not the way to do it."

Ren: "I shouldn't kill that monster?"

Po: "I didn't say that. What I did say..." And here Po looks sad "Is that you shouldn't go into a fight if you aren't planning on coming back alive."

Ren pauses.

Ren: "... I would fight to kill it-"

Po: "And wouldn't care if you died with your family, as long as it died too."

Ren: grimaces

Po: "Hey. My masters did the whole 'I can see into your mind' thing with me, too. I was amazing and annoyed by it, all the time... Your dough's getting dry."

Ren: "Ah..." He applies a pinch of water and finishes kneading the dough

Po: "You know, it was a very sad day when you two left. You were really good, Ren. Amazing, even. One day, you could be better than me."

Ren: "I-I could never be the Dragon Warrior-"

Po: "Heh. And that's what I said too." He pours the prepared pork and broth into the buns, closes them with Aura energy, and puts them into the oven to cook "For me? It was doubting that I was anything more than some fat dummy raised by the best cook in the Valley of Peace. For you? It's fear and anger."

Ren: "I don't fear-"

Po: "You fear, Ren. Come on man. Be honest. You fear getting too close to anyone because you think you're going to die." He looked Ren in the eyes "Because part of you feels you deserve to."

Ren: "... Shouldn't I?"

Po: "Wha-Of course not, Ren! It's not your fault the Nucklavee killed everyone, anymore than it's my fault some crazy peacock attacked my village!" He rested a hand on Ren's shoulder "And most importantly, you saved Nora."

Ren looks out into the cafeteria. Nora is happily talking about the Valley of Peace and her mentor. She catches his eyes and smiles warmly.

Ren: "... I did..."

Po: smiles "She cares for you, Ren. Loves you. And you don't want to break her heart, do you?"

Ren: "... I do not. But..."

Po: nods "Yeah. I get it. And hey, one conversation doesn't fix everything. That's just in movies."

He pulls out the buns, and uses Aura to levitate one

Po: "But it's like my dad said: It's like pork buns."

Ren: "Pork buns?"

Po: "Every single pork bun adds up. You eat one on your own, eh. It's just a meal. Even if they do taste really, really good. But! Keep making pork buns, and you have more people come in. They pay you to make more if you make them good enough. They come to eat, and talk, and you meet great people. You become friends. Even family. And after a while, the pork buns aren't just pork buns. They're every happy meal, every satisfied customer, all your happy memories." He smiled, and popped the pork bun into his mouth... Then yelps "AH! HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT! TOO HOT!"

Ren... Actually smiles.

Ren: "... Master... I am sorry I left you in anger."

Po: "Eh... As long as you don't come back to take revenge on everyone, you're good. Just like..." He popped the pork bun into his mouth "This pork bun."

This is really good! I like moments that focus on Ren and Nora and their past like this. And with Po here, it's the right blend of humor and wisdom.

Also funny I've been having a great time playing ZZZ with another kung-fu panda. Oooo! A contest of skill between Yunkui Summit and the Valley of Peace! Martial Arts! Cooking! Divinations!

It's actually funny how each has matching characters. Po and Pan Yinhu, Tigress and Ju Fufu, and Yixuan and Master Crane. I'm curious what kind of Thiren Ye Shiyuan is. His tail could be interpreted as a few animals. My guess is a horse thiren. He doesn't have animal ears like other feline or canine thirens.

It was good. Although I will admit to wanting to see Burnice soon joining in with the Arc Clan.

Mainly to see Weiss's reaction and possible mental gymnastics as to taking Jaune's 'flirting' into actually being something else. As well as her throwing her hat into the ring as a fake fiancee.

Let's see, age and character jumble, adoption, different semblance, aaaand orphan Jaune.

Sometimes Yang hates being a twin. There are perks to it, like the slightly larger aura pool, but there are downsides too.

Like being slightly able to feel her sisters emotions in the back of her head, and right now Raven was feeling a mix of satisfaction and amusement.

Never a good thing when that bitch is involved.

So it didn't surprise her when she heard that bandits had wiped out a settlement.

It did surprise her to hear that it was one of the bigger ones, Radium was no kingdom but it was fair to say it wouldn't take more than a decade to make it viable as one.

So hearing it was burnt to the ground was shocking. Hearing that some of the children were unaccounted for among the bodies was worse.

Yeah no that shit isn't going to fly this time.

She calls up the rest of team BRNN. (Team BURN - Branwen Ren Nora Nikos . they're not sure why Ozpin made the name two first names two last but who really cares. Led by Yang.) Two months of tracking and they descended on the tribe like a meteor, grenades and bullets flying like rain into the bandit scum.

Most of the kids were already gone, sold off or worse. But they found one. Sitting in the back of a cage. Blonde hair down to his ankles and blue eyes dull. They almost thought he was dead.

"Yeah. They were trying to semblance shape him."

"Still in signal here, need some explanation on that "

"Right you usually don't hear about this til the later years of Beacon....ok so you know how some people believe your personality shapes your semblance? Well some people try to influence what semblance a person develops by trying to shape their personalities."

"And Raven tried that crazy new age crap with this kid?"

"Tried and succeeded."

"What?!"

"Kept him in a cage for months and only let him out for fights, only fed or watered him when he won. They didn't even let him keep his name, they only referred to him as Hunger, we wouldn't even know his name if it wasn't for blood test."

"Brothers that's fucked up."

"Yeah and it gets worse. When they actually unlocked his semblance its like it was the embodiment of banditry. He keeps what he kills."

"Huh?"

"Aura capacity, muscle memory, semblances, all of it. He kills it, he keeps it."

"Holy crap."

"Yeah. He's a bit clingy with our team since we saved him. Since Ren and Nora already have seven daughters they couldn't take him, well they could but....no, and Pyrrha is famous so we didn't want to put a traumatized kid through the paparazzi hell. So he's staying with us."

"So what actually is his name?"

"His name is Jaune Arc."

"Fine. I'll help look after the munchkin. But I'm keeping the top bunk."

"Don't worry bird boy you can keep your nest."

And for a second Qrow could have sworn he saw the ghost of a smile on Jaunes face for a second.

Ideas:

- What if Rose was already living with Taiyang when Raven was still in the picture, meaning that it was more of a throuple relationship when Yang was born, and Rose stepping up wasn't odd as she was already there?
As a result Yang at least would be more comfortable with sharing a partner.

- Ruby, Yang, Weiss, Pyrrha and Jaune have a book club together, but they absolutely don't want Blake to ever find out about it, so they keep it very secret so Blake can't find out about it.
They don't just read anything, but some deeply thematic works, classical literature, philosophical and/or challenging books that requires intelligence to really understand (maybe something like Faust, Medea, Divine Comedy, Hamlet, Moby Dick, Ulysses, etc.).
The reason they don't want Blake to know about it is because they don't want her to turn it into a smut reading club (reading smut is fine in their opinon, in the same way that eating junkfood is fine).

- Yang has an extra ability, she can store almost anything in her cleavage, including things that shouldn't physically fit in there.
Some things that Yang keeps in her cleavage are; her makeup, her scroll, some snacks and drinks, backup ammunition, a whole toolkit, a dosen grenades, a giant mallet, a full rocket launcher with munition, a whole backup Crescent Rose incase something happens to nr.1, at least 4 swords and 2 axes, Zwei on more than a few times, and has been able to sneak Ruby into somewhere by putting her inside her cleavage on at least 2 occasions without taking any of the other stuff out.

Yang inviting Jaune for some fun.

- Jaune is somewhat like a Disney princess, in the fact that all animals really like him, but unfortunatly Jaune can't actually tell them to do anything, so they mostly just hang around and sit on him.
Jaune can't really go outside and sit without being covered in birds, rodents, lizards and snakes who land and climb on him because they like him and sometimes bigger animals show up like deer, wolves, bears, varous livestock, etc.
Now Ruby and Yang adore animals, so they think it's great, Nora sometimes gets to see a sloth that starts climbing her fearless leader so it's a plus for her too, and the varous others have varied individual reactions (like Blake not minding that much unless some canine shows up).
