(normally I would only post corrections for the story, but this one for some reason brought strongly to mind an image of a pissed off water elemental lashing out in annoyance, so it's for that reason I pointed it out and not the minor spelling issue)

I knew it was wrong, I just couldn't work out how. An honestly, I think that if someone fires a space gun at you and you somehow survived, you'd probably give whoever did it a good telling off too.
