I-

In the corner of my eye I spot Bobo peering down from the rafters, quite sensibly keeping his head down.

-generate construct boosters and blast myself back, ramming through the loading bay door and into the car park. Check-. Yes, they're following me so up, make sure that any shots that miss-

Like that one.

-don't hit a person or a building. Following me, good. Evasive motion, maintain distance, gain height. See what they do, because if I'm lucky then Dr. Tetch's control is distance limited and they might just revert.

No, it.. doesn't look like-. Ugh.

Alright, they can switch from big beam to pulse fire, and 'bait' distance is too close to dodge light speed attacks reliably. Railgun, crumbler round… Test whether it punches through their nanotech armour when it hits an arm or a leg, then… Go for the New God devices-.

They're slowing and stopping well below the clouds. I keep going up but they've-.

One begins to descend slowly, face pointing towards me and firing red bolts which we both know aren't going to cause significant damage at me… To keep me focused. The other turns face down and flies-. Back towards the city, red eye charging-!

I transition down, experiencing momentary relief that it's not still being jammed. Crumbler gauntlet punch-

A small part of me winces.

-to the O.M.A.C.'s face disrupts its charge but the energy release destroys the construct armour around my right arm. Its face… The armour is grey and flaking where I hit, but I can also see the red lines glowing as it's replaced almost immediately.

Hand-!

And apparently rearranging its face doesn't stop it seeing! It's formed its hands into blades, making them glow as it jabs at every part of my armour that it can reach! I can block-. Some angles by punching its forearms, knocking them off course and damaging the armour there. But it's a lot more agile than me and some of the hits are tearing through my cuirass. The armour is thick there, but I can't keep taking hits…

And apparently the repair function isn't working, which is concerning because matter transmutation is a pretty basic ring function-.

The O.M.A.C. that had stayed in the upper atmosphere to monitor me has followed us down, but it's just… Watching, the circuitry all over its head glowing.

Right.

Tran-. No, that's out again. Boosters, fly around the O.M.A.C. I'm fighting punch to the shoulder again again-! Hit flesh that time. Grapple, use construct boosters to interpose the O.M.A.C. I've grabbed between me and the other one. Can I repair the gashes now?

No.

Fine, then I can-.

Glowing hand-!

I gasp as a glowing red hand slices through my construct helmet, actual helmet, and passes close enough by my chin that my skin chars! I release them and go for a punch, but they drop down-

DODGE!

-under the beam the other one aimed right at my face! Okay, still alive, helmet… Basically gone-. Repair-.

Fuck!

Kara Two flashes me a smile as she and the O.M.A.C. she's beating shoot past, the O.M.A.C. training its face on me as it just accepts the punches to its chest.

"You're doing great!"

I'm-. Not, but-.

How come they're not jamming her? Kryptonian organelles should be-.

Mundane physics. Kryptonian biological force fields are a degree of magnitude more 'normal' than power rings. And… Aren't entirely unlike the O.M.A.C. energy siphon in general function. So I'm just lucky, I guess.

Back off, ignore the discomfort of the cold air on my exposed face. Inertia shield is still working so the wind isn't blinding me-.

Use constructs to dodge again, form a railgun construct, and… Ignore the fact that whatever they're doing appears to be weirdly selective about what it disrupts. Evasive pattern as both of the O.M.A.C.s targetting me go for pulsed shots again. Load crumbler rounds, target belt area on that one, check what's on the far side… Fine. Charge, fire-!

And they shot it out of the air. Both of them, at the same time.

Um.

Another railgun, load crumbler rounds and fire. They switch to point defence mode again but that gives me enough time without one of them jamming me to switch to knit my armour back together.
Better.

Alright, punching them is a bad idea and shooting them with crumbler rounds isn't working. Or-.

I fire at my two opponents, using my rings to carefully track Kara Two's opponent who appears to be happy to be used as a punching bag. Wait for it, keep moving to force them to recalculate angles… Fire!

The O.M.A.C.s jerk their heads around in apparent surprise as their pulses miss because I've retained my guns. The rounds hit-. Yes, okay, right in the abdomen and… One on the side, the armour greying-!

"Supergirl, hit-!"

She blurs closer, her eye beams burning as she thrusts her right hand through the armour, emerging a moment later with its belt, which she… Hurls away-.

"Careful with those!"

I had considered replacing or augmenting the glass with some sort of force field, but in the end I decided that the momentary pleasure I would receive from watching the alien slam into it like a bug on the windshield wasn't worth revealing my capacities. However, I think that this may be an opportune time to-.

The left window -which is supposed to be shatterproof- shatters as another one of those belt decorations embeds itself in my floor, the noise and wind of Metropolis making an unwelcome arrival a moment later.

Someone is going to answer for this.

"Great! Now do the forehead!"

The damaged O.M.A.C. flails for a moment, and one of my opponents dashes in to pull it out of Kara Two's way. She grins.

"Get back here so I can help you!"

I target my remaining opponent while he's distracted, aiming-.

Another O.M.A.C. rockets into Kara Two's side, hands glowing and-

"Ow!"

-landing two solid punches which burn through her costume and blacken her skin before she can kick him away! I fire a volley of crumbler rounds, but the damaged O.M.A.C. appears functional enough to intercept them while-.

Where did that other O.M.A.C. come-?

Kara!

Or... You know... Batman purposefully designed the things to take you down...

Which I'll note just a handful totally would have done without Kara there to save your ass.

I-

In the corner of my eye I spot Bobo peering down from the rafters, quite sensibly keeping his head down.
Good to see him keeping safe, but that call-out feels foreshadow-y. That would be a fun thing to see: OL, Canis and the Karas fighting the OMACs, only to get back and find Bobo has nobbled Tetch because he's a good ape.

-generate construct boosters and blast myself back, ramming through the loading bay door and into the car park. Check-. Yes, they're following me so up, make sure that any shots that miss-

Like that one.
Joy of foes not concerned about collateral damage: It falls to you to prevent it in their place.

-don't hit a person or a building. Following me, good. Evasive motion, maintain distance, gain height. See what they do, because if I'm lucky then Dr. Tetch's control is distance limited and they might just revert.

No, it.. doesn't look like-. Ugh.
New God technology laughs at silly mortal concepts like distance.

Alright, they can switch from big beam to pulse fire, and 'bait' distance is too close to dodge light speed attacks reliably. Railgun, crumbler round… Test whether it punches through their nanotech armour when it hits an arm or a leg, then… Go for the New God devices-.
Risky, given he'll probably have to go melee to grip them, since his constructs are playing silly buggers.

Presumably dismissing OL as a threat to his master and returning to guard Tetch.

I transition down, experiencing momentary relief that it's not still being jammed. Crumbler gauntlet punch-

A small part of me winces.
Especially since that nano-armour layer isn't that thick, so the guy probably lost a chunk of skin from the periphery of the field.

-to the O.M.A.C.'s face disrupts its charge but the energy release destroys the construct armour around my right arm. It's face… The armour is grey and flaking where I hit, but I can also see the red lines glowing as it's replaced almost immediately.

Hand-!
Not pierced, but with sustained shots, he might break through...

Especially since that glow is probably nothing friendly.

And apparently the repair function isn't working, which is concerning because matter transmutation is a pretty basic ring function-.

The O.M.A.C. that had stayed in the upper atmosphere to monitor me has followed us down, but it's just… Watching, the circuitry all over its head glowing.
Looks like that one is on jamming duties, then. I'm guessing it has a wide-area Spectrum-disrupting field generator as an option. Or the New God tech is handling that part.

Right.

Tran-. No, that's out again. Boosters, fly around the O.M.A.C. I'm fighting punch to the shoulder again again-! Hit flesh that time. Grapple, use construct boosters to interpose the O.M.A.C. I've grabbed between me and the other one. Can I repair the gashes now?
Honestly, multiple constructs might also get around any pinpoint barrier system it might use. Force it to try and block more places than it can protect at once...

No.

Fine, then I can-.

Glowing hand-!
Because of course they have minor super-speed too.

I gasp as a glowing red hand slices through my construct helmet, actual helmet, and passes close enough by my chin that my skin chars! I release them and go for a punch, but they drop down-

DODGE!
A very good thing he's progressed to the point of pain resistance as long as his Rings hold out. That would have put most people down.

-under the beam the other one aimed right at my face! Okay, still alive, helmet… Basically gone-. Repair-.

Fuck!
These things are aiming to wear him down by attrition, by the looks of it. Which works, if attacks always deal at least 1 damage. 😏

Kara Two flashes me a smile as she and the O.M.A.C. she's beating shoot past, the O.M.A.C. training its face on me as it just accepts the punches to its chest.

"You're doing great!"
Oh, cheeky! Just because you can basically ignore just about everything because uberhaxplspatch Pre-Crisis kryptonian powers...

I'm-. Not, but-.

How come they're not jamming her? Kryptonian organelles should be-.
See? When even OL notices, it feels like showing off. 😒

Great, these guys are practically tailored to counter most of his advantages. Wonder if that's a Batman bonus or if something else is giving them that.

What's the bet it's selective because they're having to switch jamming patterns every time he shifts his fighting style?

And they shot it out of the air. Both of them, at the same time.

Um.
Oh, joy. CIWS capabilities. Aided by networked perception, I bet. One to play overwatch and jammer, the other going in close.

Another railgun, load crumbler rounds and fire. They switch to point defence mode again but that gives me enough time without one of them jamming me to switch to knit my armour back together.
Better.
Ah, it is basically conscious direction of their actions, then. Like counterspelling in D&D.

Seeing if they can focus on two or three threats at once, eh?

The O.M.A.C.s jerk their heads around in apparent surprise as their pulses miss because I've retained my guns. The rounds hit-. Yes, okay, right in the abdomen and… One on the side, the armour greying-!

"Supergirl, hit-!"
That's a belt wide open. And she's fast enough to dispose of it.

She blurs closer, her eye beams burning as she thrusts her right hand through the armour, emerging a moment later with its belt, which she… Hurls away-.

"Careful with those!"
Let's hope the brow gubbin isn't also a power supply. Or he'll have to hit two targets in turn...

Oh, hi, Lex. Not surprised he's got tougher things than glass on tap...

The left window -which is supposed to be shatterproof- shatters as another one of those belt decorations embeds itself in my floor, the noise and wind of Metropolis making an unwelcome arrival a moment later.

Someone is going to answer for this.
...Too bad not much is tougher than a kryptonian's throw. Great, now he's got two belts to science! with.

"Great! Now do the forehead!"

The damaged O.M.A.C. flails for a moment, and one of my opponents dashes in to pull it out of Kara Two's way. She grins.
Presumably the forehead gubbin is enough to work as a backup power source, then.

"Get back here so I can help you!"

I target my remaining opponent while he's distracted, aiming-.
To be fair, you see Kara coming after you like that, most people aren't going to let her catch them.

Oh, joy, the one Local Kara was handling got away form her. Let's hope that doesn't mean she's injured up there.

Where did that other O.M.A.C. come-?

Kara!
Which one, OL? The missing one or the singed one? Then again, both seem to be in trouble...

So these guys are slowly wearing them down. Local Kara is still in unknown position and condition, if her opponent is here. Canis and Brut are presumably racing to Tetch, which may put him in control range depending on how he reacts to Tetch's mind control. And let's not forget about Bobo, who may prove a Chekov's gun-ape. 🤔 This is quite the fuster-cluck...

Or... You know... Batman purposefully designed the things to take you down...

Which I'll note just a handful totally would have done without Kara there to save your ass.

Agreed. Knowing Bruce, he probably designed them to take down everyone, not just Paul.

Hell, as I mentioned a few posts ago, Bruce might even have his own version of Amazo too. He's fought them enough time to know their schematics, and he's certainly smart enough to build one. Or hell, he could probably make an Amazo construct with his ring to sic on his enemies.

Good to see him keeping safe, but that call-out feels foreshadow-y. That would be a fun thing to see: OL, Canis and the Karas fighting the OMACs, only to get back and find Bobo has nobbled Tetch because he's a good ape.
Nobbled because he's a good ape, or nibbled, because he was a good ape before the antilife. Would be less fun and more horrifying for them to reconvene only to find Bobo went full Travis the chimp on Tetch.

Hey, so what are the odds of one of those O.M.A.C.s possessing some weird and obscure kryptonite variant (Pink, Periwinkle, Bizarro, Magnetic, Slow, Jewel, Silver, etc…) that could have weird effects on the Karas?
Cheery Kara has the thing where she is immune to local kryptonite because she is from a different universe so pretty unlikely.

I'm so glad the anti life made a world where dabbing on Lex is consequence free

Agreed. Knowing Bruce, he probably designed them to take down everyone, not just Paul.

That was how the OMACs were designed in the comics, with a built in database of supers with countermeasures for them. Like generating needles out of cellulose for Alan's wood weakness, shooting flame retardant at Fire, throwing lightning at the Marvels to trigger their transformations back to muggles, etc.

Their weakness was that they don't switch out automatically, so by switching opponents you can take advantage of the buffering before the OMAC could switch out to the proper database entry.

These OMACs compare pretty favorable to Reach scarabs.

More Earth insanity, considering it was basically one guy with a power ring and access to some random new god tech throwing all this together compared to the Reach and their vast interstellar empire.

Would be less fun and more horrifying for them to reconvene only to find Bobo went full Travis the chimp on Tetch.

Tetch is a new god now, so unfortunately for him he falls under regenerator rules. Rip off his face and as long as doesn't actually die, he'll recover eventually. Tetch might actually be slightly more durable than a normal human being now, though his focus isn't exactly physical. Think closer to "Dreamer from the Forever People" than "Orion".

What would he even be the New God of, anyway? I'm thinking God of Hats!

What would he even be the New God of, anyway? I'm thinking God of Hats!

My serious answer? Probably something related to controlling people and forcing them to live in your reality. If Darkseid is the god of tyranny, so many of his subordinate have subdomains about aspects of tyranny.

There's a famous story about Stalin where once he gave a speech and reached an applause line. Everyone started clapping, but unlike normal Stalin didn't give the signal that it was time to stop applauding. So the entire audience continued to clap, stretching on into minutes, not wanting to be the first one to stop applauding Stalin. Eventually one guy fell victim to exhaustion and had to stop, which made it okay for everyone else to trail off because they weren't the first. A few days later that man was shot.

Tetch is the endless applause, the performance you're not allowed to stop.

Or maybe not, and I just wanted to tell that Stalin story!

Good to see him keeping safe, but that call-out feels foreshadow-y. That would be a fun thing to see: OL, Canis and the Karas fighting the OMACs, only to get back and find Bobo has nobbled Tetch because he's a good ape.
Canis is around. He isn't gonna awaken bobo like Grayven could, but if just a little nudge is needed, he could become something like Brut?

She isn't actually good at fighting-!

Where is she, I need-!

I-.

DODGE!

"Are you okay!?"

Right, crumbler rounds are clearly an inefficient delivery system. Booster rocket array.

"Worried about Other Supergirl!"

And hold onto my lunch.

"Don't be!" Kara Two smiles brightly. "She's a Supergirl!"

I fly an evasive pattern through the air, trying to get the O.M.A.C.s who aren't trying to hit Kara Two to-. There we go, switch to rapid energy pulses.

And since Kreon and Dox have shown me how it's done…

Hundreds of filaments reach out in all directions, momentarily turning the sky orange. The O.M.A.C.s actually stop firing for a moment as they take the sight in, which is a mistake.

Construct crumbler rams leap out of the filaments closest to them, slamming… I'm not exercising good control here, but into whatever they can reach. Backs, chests, arms, legs, anything is a good target. They react immediately, rapid firing at the filaments in an attempt to deny me places to make attacks from. Normally that would be a good counter, assuming that their fire control was good enough. The problem for them is that my filaments are interconnected and whenever there's a breach I can patch it without losing anything.

"Supergirl, ready!"

"Uh-huh!" She heat visions a distracted O.M.A.C. directly in the eye and pouts when it doesn't do much. "For what?!"

"Grabbing."

One of the O.M.A.C.s switches to a single large beam and fires at me, but with the filament network I can fly though them without losing connections. They'd need to use an area affect attack -which they don't appear to have- or close to melee range and distract me that way. I don't think they're quite fast enough to do that, but just in case-

"This."

-I slam crumbler rams into one O.M.A.C. and leave them there, ripping apart the armour around his abdomen and forehead. The other O.M.A.C.s aren't expecting a sequence breaking attack and don't respond quite fast enough to destroy the crumbler constructs.

They do a few seconds later, but by that point the target O.M.A.C. has lost armour to most of it's body-

"Got you!"

-and thankfully Kara is on the ball, heat vision striking an O.M.A.C. in the face as it tried to punch her while her hands punch through the weakened armour of my target, yanking the belt and the headband free.

The nanotech armour greys and turns to undifferentiated nanodust, falling away from his body in a rapidly dispersing grey cloud whose owner drops-.

The other O.M.A.C.s don't try to catch him, and without the belt he isn't-

Go!

-tough enough to survive a terminal velocity drop!

"We got one!"

Dismiss the filaments, focus on blasting down, detach the inertia shield, check probable landing zone… Empty street, good. Construct shield to block the attacks at my back, form railguns, tag the falling man with the inertia shield and pivot and break and fire!

This time I target the O.M.A.C. which already lost its belt, because-. Yes, one of them stayed on rapid fire mode and intercepted three of my shots but failed to prevent one from hitting his comrade directly in the forehead! It freezes up immediately, and Kara-

"We got two!"

-takes immediate advantage, and throws the New God device away.

One of the remaining O.M.A.C.s watches it go, as if trying to judge whether or not it can get to it before we stop-

Kara lets the man she de-O.M.A.C.ed fall.

-it.

Grabhimgramhimgramhim!

"Kara!"

"I aimed at a pool!"

Backup inertia shield off, stick it on his chest.

"And you dropped one too! And that guy!"

"I stuck inertia fields on them, and hitting a pool wouldn't have helped!"

She looks at me in complete bewilderment. "Really?!"

And then an O.M.A.C. punched her in the face! She rolls with it, flying backwards even as the O.M.A.C. tried to grab her by the throat and the flesh on the left side of her face blackens! Railguns! Target-

The other O.M.A.C. manoeuvres around her and fires a big beam-

-that one!

-at her face as she turns around, hitting her in her existing wound-

"Uh!"

-and… She's ballistic. Uh.

Sun lamp, purple healing ray-.

The O.M.A.C. who punched her turns around and rapid fires at my constructs, destroying them both as its partner charges up for another shot.

Uh-.

Yes, check the angle. X-ionised rounds, fire.

Rapid shots intercept the rounds, but unlike crumbler rounds x-ionised rounds are actually very tough. The one charging up takes a dart in the red eye, causing it to shudder and probably not take brain damage. Another two hit the one suppressing my constructs, abdomen and forehead. I wince as blood joins the nanodust, but it shouldn't be anything that I can't heal.

And now I'm not being suppressed, I dart forwards, construct hospital beds grabbing the injured Peace Agent and Kara herself. The remaining O.M.A.C. is regenerating from the hit, but now that no one is shooting at me…

X-ionised knives and slice through the armour while it's focusing on repairs. Reinforce my right fist and punch! Got it! Now slash through the armour and headband and grab that as well-!

Okay. Okay. Store the New God devices, hospital bed for the last Peace Agent, quick check on Kara…

Looks nasty, but she should be alright… Might get some scarring.

Sun lamp and healing ray, head downwards and start trying to work out what happened to Kara One.

She isn't actually good at fighting-!

Where is she, I need-!

I-.
Oh, yeah. Local Kara wouldn't have undergone the same level of training the Team did, or Kara Classic. At best, she might know some Torquasm-Rao forms, but not all of those are suited to melee combat with super-powered cyborgs. and kryptonian durability only goes so far...

DODGE!

"Are you okay!?"
Focus, OL. Mind on the current foes, then worry about missing allies.

Right, crumbler rounds are clearly an inefficient delivery system. Booster rocket array.

"Worried about Other Supergirl!"
Which Kara Classic can understand, I expect. Though she might well take it as romantic concern, given her naivete.

And hold onto my lunch.

"Don't be!" Kara Two smiles brightly. "She's a Supergirl!"
She does know not all Kryptonians are built equal?

I fly an evasive pattern through the air, trying to get the O.M.A.C.s who aren't trying to hit Kara Two to-. There we go, switch to rapid energy pulses.

And since Kreon and Dox have shown me how it's done…

Hundreds of filaments reach out in all directions, momentarily turning the sky orange. The O.M.A.C.s actually stop firing for a moment as they take the sight in, which is a mistake.
Probably trying to read what he's doing and formulate a countermeasure, given they have no conventional psychological response in this state.

Like a giant spider's web, with backups for every structural mainstay.

"Supergirl, ready!"

"Uh-huh!" She heat visions a distracted O.M.A.C. directly in the eye and pouts when it doesn't do much. "For what?"
If this is an act, Kara, there's a point where it stops being funny...

"Grabbing."

One of the O.M.A.C.s switches to a single large beam and fires at me, but with the filament network I can fly though them without losing connections. They'd need to use an area affect attack -which they don't appear to have- or close to melee range and distract me that way. I don't think they're quite fast enough to do that, but just in case-
A fortunate oversight on their designer's part. Though I suppose OL suddenly using a completely new attack he's never demonstrated before would throw them off.

"This."

-I slam crumbler rams into one O.M.A.C. and leave them there, ripping apart the armour around his abdomen and forehead. The other O.M.A.C.s aren't expecting a sequence breaking attack and don't respond quite fast enough to destroy the crumbler constructs.
And that's why you can't leave the tactical control solely to an onboard AI. Not one as simple as I assume theirs are.

They do a few seconds later, but by that point the target O.M.A.C. has lost armour to most of it's body-

"Got you!"
I wonder at what point the nano-armour would shut down completely? Because damage this catastrophic would definitely be enough...

Please, not Lex's office again... And there's the shutdown, at least. So that's one confirmed mission-disabled.

The other O.M.A.C.s don't try to catch him, and without the belt he isn't-

Go!
Whoops. Now that he's non-combatant, he's a bystander to protect or ignore as suited.

-tough enough to survive a terminal velocity drop!

"We got one!"
Kara, squishy human in need of aid. Or are you expecting OL to handle it? Or worse, just expect him to suddenly disappear due to no longer being scene-relevant? 😏

Yes, one of they stayed on rapid fire mode and intercepted three of my shots but failed to prevent one from hitting him comrade directly in the forehead! It freezes up immediately, and Kara-
Huh. I guess the filament web isn't fast enough to grab him before he drops? Because it worked fairly well on that first one. Then again, they were probably recalculating options...

"We got two!"

-takes immediate advantage, and throws the New God device away.
Dangit, Kara! Stop tossing them! Those are probably expensive! So is whatever you're tossing them at...

One of the remaining O.M.A.C.s watch it go, as if trying to judge whether or not it can get to it before we stop-

Kara lets the man she de-O.M.A.C.ed fall.
Okay, I can understand it if she's simply focused on the killer 'robots' but seriously, missie, a superhero's job is also life-saving.

-it.

Grabhimgramhimgramhim!
At least OL is picking up the slack there.

"Kara!"

"I aimed at a pool!"
Oh, joy. More places to recover them from. And more damage to repair.

Backup inertia shield off, stick it on his chest.

"And you dropped one too! And that guy!"
Kara, OL does have options to keep them safe. But that doesn't excuse you ignoring them.

"I stuck inertia fields on them, and hitting a pool wouldn't have helped!"

She looks at me in complete bewilderment. "Really?!"
I know it's probably because of her invulnerability, but you'd think she'd know that water isn't soft.

And then an O.M.A.C. punched her in the face! She rolls with it, flying backwards even as the O.M.A.C. tried to grab her by the throat and the flesh on the left side of her face blackens! Railguns! Target-

The other O.M.A.C. manoeuvres around her and fires a big beam-
She might need a haircut after this, given the number of burns she's taken. Might be a few odd patches.

-that one!

-at her face as she turns around, hitting her in her existing wound-

"Uh!"
Right in the eye? 😏

-and… She's ballistic. Uh.

Sun lamp, purple healing ray-.
Hopefully not out for long.

The O.M.A.C. who punched her turns around and rapid fires at my constructs, destroying them both as its partner charges up for another shot.

Uh-.

Yes, check the angle. X-ionised rounds, fire.
Ooh, busting out the higher-lethality options now. He's getting upset.

You hope. never know how that New God tech upgrade might affect their tissues.

And now I'm not being suppressed, I dart forwards, construct hospital beds grabbing the injured Peace Agent and. Kara herself. The remaining O.M.A.C. is regenerating from the hit, but now that no one is shooting at me…

X-ionised knives and slice through the armour while it's focusing on repairs. Re-enforce my right fist and punch! Got it! Now slash through the armour and headband and grab that as well-!
...Remind me, is this the first time he's gone full melee face-punching on someone like that, or am I just too fired up? 😄

Okay. Okay. Store the New God devices, hospital bed for the last Peace Agent, quick check on Kara…

Looks nasty, but she should be alright… Might get some scarring.

Sun lamp and healing ray, head downwards and start trying to work out what happened to Kara One.
Knowing her kryptonian bullshit biology, it'll be a bit red in a few hours, and be unscarred in a day.

Well, the physically dangerous stuff is dealt with. Now for Tetch. At least he's not going to be too hard to fight unless he's really got any New God powers going. Or worse, Canis has bowed down to him or something. 😨 Hopefully Local Kara is all right, though, since I doubt the hostile OMAC would have left her restrained or otherwise unharmed.

That should say 'them'.

That should say 'watches'.

'his'

Extraneous full stop?

I was going to say 'Reinforce', but apparently 'reenforce' is an archaic spelling. Was that deliberate?

Filament thingy was pretty cool.

i wonder if the reason the Supergirls were added to the story is to have more characters who can keep up with OL's blitzing.
The first one was added to give OL another vulnerable girl that will develop feelings for him which he would then have to reject. The second one was the less popular angel version and was added so that there would be a Supergirl on the Team. The third one might have been added for laughs and/or to keep us guessing as to whether or not she's as innocent as she first seemed or is actually hiding a sinister agenda.

"Don't be!" Kara Two smiles brightly. "She's a Supergirl!"

Considering what happened to your demon counterpart, you might want to rethink that statement.

The first one was added to give OL another vulnerable girl that will develop feelings for him which he would then have to reject.

No, that would be Dana.

I guess Mr. Zoat is a big Supergirl fan. Which, you know what? Totally fair. 👍
