Changing my vote to drop prisoner chomping. We can't afford to run into problems with whatever prisoner we get when we have, in the worst-case scenario, 3 turns to be ready and 3 Names to befriend. If we fail to make progress on one and potentially insult Mareinette in the process, we're going to have to make BIG concessions, and I don't want to take that risk.

Also if the DoA is the one who does the kidnapping, distance does not matter one whit to her. She is a befriended Name who can slither between points in space in no time at all, like she did with the Cutie Mark Crusaders. This really isn't an impossible task for a motivated Name, and we have a motivated Name.

I do find it interesting that some people are willing to take the risk with Hill, but aren't willing to let Velvet get her hooves dirty under two influences that would be ideal. Obviously a chunk of this is just vote consolidation, but devouring the sky has mostly been the leading Hill plan.

Some of the plans are so similar as to differ only in the specifics of the same action, things are so messy. Seriously, the difference between Plan:
Prisoner Chomping with dirty hoofs and Plan: Let's Not Kidnap a Prominent Figure From Canterlot is this:

I mean there's stuff there, it's just whether Velvet can grab it. She also won't have any influence as we saw with the Master's hive assault.
There's also potential silver key opportunities. The knock sacrament encourages us to have Velvet take part in expeditions.
I mean we can talk about the narrative impact of Hill, but eh, feels a bit hollow at this point. That's just my opinion though.
Now leading an assault on a changeling hive with max lantern and edge sounds metal as fuck.

Yep, even if Dirty Hoofs had gotten folded in that play would leave Let's Not behind.
At least we avoid the guaranteed problems stealing Hill would have caused. Still kind of bummed we won't hit Tall Take though.

Well that was some drama down to the wire. Definitely a big pivot, what that extra day did. Kind of a weird voting period, eg the Tall Tale thing, but that's how it goes sometimes. Ah well.
