Godslayers and Goddesses (Nikke X Destiny, Semi-Crack)

You can't skip through a campaign, but I don't think you need to play them in order. That is what I meant.

What advantage are you talking about for Nihilister?

I meant Purchase Campaign Skip, so I can get the Subclasses for my other two characters

I heard that this feature was introduced for Lightfall and Final Shape

You finish on one character, you can get your other two characters their stuff at the cost of 2000 silver each, they end up getting all the gear and subclasses as a reward

Nihilister can fly, then again, so can many other Raptures, she can also do a big area of effect via her flames

Not sure how good Guardians can get when it comes to "jumping good" to get to opponents like her

Huh. Not sure about that, honestly. First I've heard of the silver thing.

Lucas has Linesr Fusion rifles, Sniper Ridles, and other long ranged weapons to hit Nihilister with.

Wouldn't put it past him using Stasis to make pillars to reach Nihilister.

Watching the reaction of others when you basically say Lucas committing suicide for Vapaus will most certainly not be A-OK.

But its fun for us.
Yeah, the Nikkes are gonna hug him like a limpet.

Also, I do have a few reactions planned for when the Nikke cast watches the events of Destiny. Here's my favorite snippet, from the final mission of Shadowkeep:

Laplace: Foul pyramid, Birdie has come to face all your evils! Justice will prevail! What do you have to say to that, villain?
Witness: Welcome, we've been waiting.
Laplace: *deflates*

Edit: you've seen this, VATS - this is for everyone here that doesn't frequent SB.

Last guy I talked about it two, said it's only a feature starting from Lightfall, others online are thankful for it because they don't want to deal with Nimbus and hated the campaign

Is the fact that Raptures are on average vehicle sized a problem for the local firepower? Because I would hate to be having to empty two entire clips on some

Using a Machinegun as a Heavy Weapon takes a frustratingly long time to reload

Neon: "Hey guys, what would you do if you had Master's powers?"

Anis(uses Strand to open the fridge and then takes a soda whilst freezing it with stasis)

Rapi: "That is wasteful"

Funny.

Also, how do you think Alice, Maiden and Guillotine will react to learning about Whisper of the Worm?

Science Fantasy

You mentioned Before that the Fallen were inspired by the Green Martians from Edgar Rice Burroughs' works? (Why don't they use all four arms in combat and everything else?)

Now making me think of Destiny's fashion sense being more like that

As in, it'd ironically be the people from NIKKE asking the locals why almost all of them are practically nude

Maybe even ask why they're speaking in flowery Elizabethan English

The reason why Lucas doesn't react sexually to the NIKKE? Everybody else at home barely wears anything, somehow the guys' family jewels are never hit

They would have to look up this "Barsoom" on whatever old databases they got to even know the genre

That is a funny thought.

Also, for the Shadowkeep recap stuff, Lucas is probably going to be holding Cinderella's ah d for the final portion of the mission Beyond, because the Witness will trigger her like hell.

Most of the other Nikkes will be jealous at first. Then they'll realize Cinderella really needed that support.

Compared to Sword&Sorcery, Sword&Planet's art really does fit what's in the books

Sword&Sorcery tends to have protagonists actually wearing clothes and body armor into combat, proper

None of that more ridiculous stuff like Frank Frazetta's art and what's on the Pulp Magazine covers

I Liked some of Frazetta's art.

Which Nikkes do you think would be most involved in the upcoming seasons and expansions? Taking notes for future writing.

I've noticed this is one update less compared to the one in SB. But QQ is better, less puritan mods going after people trying to write human relationships.
Not to mention that SB is full of psychopathic moderators who think they are morally superior just because they have a job. Nobody respects them as mods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Seriously, those moderators shouldn't even have a social life.

Please don't bitch about mods for SB or SV here. I don't want to have my stories used for that, and one of the SB mods really helped me out when I was getting off the ground as a writer.

Since the NIKKE aren't immortal the way the Guardians are, I guess they could be considered a bit of a liability for longterm combat or being sent out on Vanguard missions

Though, correct me if I'm wrong, but the Vanguard's not just Guardians, right? The Guardians operate more like mercenary/special-forces trusted to be able to destroy specific areas and targets on their own?

We kill for loot.

No ifs or buts. We will genocide their race until one of them drops a god roll or an exotic made out of their flesh and bones.

*looks at Devrim and Amanda*

I think they could do just fine in the long term.

If I were superhuman, i'd be afraid and guilty of others dying before I do

Better for it to be the responsibility of those who can truly fight
I know, but stuff from Season of the Risen onwards has us working with non-Lightbearer allies in the field, even if they are mostly Cabal or Eliksni. So I'm pretty sure the Nikkes will have a chance to partake in combat on the field.

I am not sure which quests specifically let me do this sort of stuff, I am mainly playing by campaign

So not sure regarding the missions related to the seasons

And yet it's mainly just me and whatever other player Guardian that pops up

Most of the ones that let you fight side-by-side with non-Lightbearer allies were part of the seasonal activities for Season of the Risen. So if you want to play those missions, you need to be in Vanguard Ops.

I'll see what I can access when PSN works again
Fair enough.

The only times you fight alongside non-Lightbearers in the campaign are Depserate Measures in Lightfall, where you team up with Caiatl and her forces to face off against her father Calus, and Excision in The Final Shape, which is THE final battle against the Witness.

Speaking of Caiatl, some of the girls need to try and make quips or jokes at her expense if only because making light of "negotiations" with a giant rhino lady sounds funny

Since I presume there are more NIKKE than there are Guardians, even if mostly Mass Produced ones

They can be support of sorts, shooting from behind whilst the Guardians fight more aggressively

Guardians>Commanders
