The fact that Zeus can't access his powers shouldn't affect Paragon, so he'll probably need to be dealt with once he reveals his villainous intentions.
Wait, is that how Zeus has his power bound? Because I was under the impression that Hepheastean essentially did to Zeus what had happened to Klarion, disconnected him from his greater self, and so Zeus' power is bound in Olympus or in the Dreaming or something similar.
I didn't think that he had the equivalent to a divine limiter. Because that sounds like something that could be eventually worked around or removed.
