What would we have to do to learn (Fallen) Angel light manipulation?

I mean, it seems to fit the Solar theme, and appears cheaper than the Essence weapon charms. Plus it would fit the Twilight idea.

Also, copying Devil powers. The idea of being limited only by raw power and imagination.
 
I think we would need more then that, like being an Eclipse caste for example, learning other races and splates tricks isn't something that's normally a Solar thing, magic is one thing, but Light Manipulation is something that from what I understand is like Rias's family's Power of Destruction in that it is an innate ability
 
you have to be a Japanese Youkai which run on fear and part human to do this

we are part dragon, part human, and all around Solar, i don't think we can copy that unless we make our own version of it using Solar charm

the fox woman wasn't his subordinates, and he use her in the final chapter, i don't think you have to be a subordinates for it to work, it probably some emotional connection or trust thing that need it to work
 
Hmm, on the subject of the quest "Magical Man-Child Mil-tan", can't we just modify her body into a feminine appearance, so that she can finally be free of the constraints of the male body she currently feels trapped in?

It'd also be easier for us to grant her the ability to become a Magical Girl as well :3

I apologize if I was too vague on my previous post, but what I actually meant is turning Mil-tan into a girl through GLORIOUS SOLAR TRANSGENDER SURGERY, then turn her into a Magical Girl. As such, it'd be more effective.

Still, the Evil Pieces research would be beneficial for us in the long run. I wonder if it is possible to combine the Sparks of Exaltation with the results we get from the Evil Pieces system...
 
we have every intention of turning her into a female, thats part of the research, Shaping Effects are OP, Yo! in fact that's the EASY part of the problem, the impowerment is the hard part and what we are currently researching

But Light Manipulation is in theme for Solars, who are all about sunlight and perfection and such. Power of Destruction doesn't fit the theme, so I could see it.

Of course, we may need a Occult or Lore 5, maybe even Essence 5 to create a Charm that allows it, with each manifestation (light blasts, light weapons, etc) being a specific knack.
Though, we may be able to learn Fallen Angel magic to copy it, though possibly at a lesser quality.

Yeah, that was the point of my omake with Bright and Ddraig.
How mortals and the supernatural beings of this world are capable of doing things that would push a non-Elder Solar, while only having a fraction of their power.
 
Honestly, when it comes to light-related stuff, JoJo's Ripple comes closer to our theme than Light Powers used by fallen angels, I think. You'll note that while Solars do have that whole "chosen of the sun" theme, they have few - if any - abilities related to manipulation of sunlight, at least without sorcery. And again, innate ability. Solars work by achieving perfection with what they have, rather than taking in things from others. That's my perspective on this.

That's not entirely true. Quite a few charms use light as a weapon, either by condensing it into a weapon like the Fallen do to create light spears (Glorious Solar Saber, Essence arrow attack) or just blasting someone with concentrated sunlight (Blazing Solar Bolt, Edge of Morning Sunlight, Sharp Light of Judgement Stance). Pretty much any charm with the Holy keyword uses either sunlight or solar fire. Since that's the easiest way to channel Ignis Divine's power.

The answer is no. That is a racial ability, and thus outside your purview. But why do you want that when you have Solar Essence and many Charms that do the same?

To him himself? Normally I would answer a nuke, but considering he has a perfect defense the most dangerous thing for him would be a group of enemies superior in number to face without allies.
