A lot of gods have passed through Egypt so that's a bit like, recommend a GPU, Nvidia does not count, or ignore Rome when talking about the history of Europe.

Within the same pantheon? There are quite a few, starting with Loki, obv. Several indian gods have multiple names and avatars, and obviously tgere are many gods with ambiguous gender.
However, ones that stuck to one gender, then swapped and stuck with another? Not that common. Chicomecoatl to Centeotl is one.
Norse Mani (M) may be related to Sami Mani (F), but both names just mean the Moon, so that might be a coincidence.
