With This Ring (Young Justice SI) (Thread Fourteen)

Have there been any aliens that joined the Apokalytian elite?
Aside from the renegade in this story, in the comics Superman and Supergirl were forced into it, except that elseworld issue where Supes was raised on that hellhole, and a Tamaranian from earth 2 in the post flashpoint comics that joined the Furies?

Can the renegade only Awaken people from earth because of the Life Entity and the fact that humans have been exposed to its influence for their entire existence?
If not then can he Awaken people from magically powerful worlds like Zerox?
Can he Awaken Abra, because it seems like he was raised offworld, and i was wondering if the Entities influence over him and his family if they were raised offworld too would no longer apply?

Not for any length of time.
Can the renegade only Awaken people from earth because of the Life Entity and the fact that humans have been exposed to its influence for their entire existence?
Basically.
If not then can he Awaken people from magically powerful worlds like Zerox?
The Renegade doesn't know.

Damn, that explanation of Apokolyps...

They should publish that, to make sure people think twice about dealing with Apokolyps in the future.
There'd always be people who think that they will get to be the one sitting on a throne made of skulls, rather than one of the skulls it's made from.

That's a great plan!

Except you should hold the porno hostage as blackmail to ensure the participation of useful individuals.
Clearly he should have spent some time reading NTR fatman doujinishi. ;)

"You said in front of the Senate committee that Apokolips claimed ownership of the Earth, with your as their… 'Suzerain'."
I believe that this should be "you" apologies if someone has already pointed it out.

Another excellent chapter, but that's certainly one way to avoid paying taxes. Claiming citizenship of a society that doesn't have citizenship, everyone who isn't named Darkseid is expendable and those who draw the ire of those above them can and will be exterminated.

I might have misremembered. At any rate, he was presumably busy with other things when Canis did show up, so presumably he and Beton Brut are dead by Kanto's blade.
Well, the New Genesis Sentai Squad only got captured in the Paragon storyline, so Canis wouldn't have any reason to come to Earth in the first place, right?

Completely forgot about that. It's been so long since I read older episodes... Too many new stories to go through, so little time...

Ah, the man whose villainous plan was to mind control some of the most powerful people on Earth, use them to make a porno, and use the profits to (somehow) create an army capable of overthrowing Darkseid.

Honestly it's nice to see him improving himself with a merely "pants-on-head retarded" plan rather than his usual fair.

You go, little perv. Reach for the stars.
Tilts Head Awkwardly...

You know? As much as I want to say this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard, it's very much not.

In fact... this actually seems like a perfect idea for a QQ NSFW quest.

What happened to Canis Minor in the renegade storyline?

Is there an SI in earth 31, the one with Crazy Steve?
I really want to see how the SI deals with that shitstorm of a universe?x3

Yeah it is nice to see some good old fashioned brutalising of a worthless bastard.
I think this is the first time renegade did something like this since he destroyed The Citadel in Vega.

In the Mr Miracle series in the seventies Granny recruited Alianna Hubbard from California to kill Mr Miracle.

Her recruitment into the Female Furies hit a snag when she beat Mr Miracle senseless but refused to kill him.

She's actually a bit of an interesting character. She was in a accident as a little girl where she was never supposed to walk again. Her mother willed all her strength into her and it worked.

Alianna walked, ignoring the constant pain she was in, and ignoring the pain she trained herself past human limits, she used her ability to ignore pain to go Charles Atlas superpower. Fortunately all her hair didn't fall out like One Punch Man.

But beating the snot out of a god just showed her she didn't care for violence.

For that confusion over the Latgalians . . .

The Latgalians are the ethnic Latvians of Latgale, who speak Latgalian, a distinct dialect of Latvian, and share a common culture that sets them apart from other Latvians.

Latgale_LocMap.png

And that's Latgale. So yeah. They wanted to kill every single Latvian in that specific part of Latvia, and only half of them in the rest of Latvia.

======

As for the actual update? Heh. Gotta love when stupid people get their comeuppance.

I can't remember, was Glorious Godfrey dealt with? He did appear on Young Justice...

Glorious Godfrey might have fled Earth in the Renegade timeline. Regardless, he wouldn't be behind this particular bullshit; it's a little too stupid to involve somebody who regularly works directly for Darkseid, which Godfrey does.

Thanks
Luc "Can We Turn 'Sleez Did' Into The New 'Darkseid Is'?" French

Godfrey may not even appear on earth.
The renegade knows how he looks like and in the paragon timeline Scott and Barda know how he looks like.
They can inform the authorities, but even if that does not work i am sure that the paragon or renegade would not be against some murdering of a certain propaganda god.

From what I read in the wiki, Sleez has mindcontrol powers. Has he ever used them on his clients in this continuity?

Also, what is he the New God of? My best guess is either Sexual Indecency or Depravity.

huh, thanks for the clarification. I'm reading up on Latgale now and im surprised i have never heard of them.
Majority Christian in a Lutheran nation,
Majority Old Believers in its orthodox population.
Very large jewish population during WW2.

if they were going for "germanisation" they probably took one look at the demographics and were like "fuck it, we're not figuring that out"
